Cabbage Dry Shrimp Pie

Ingredients:
200 grams of flour, 250 grams of cabbage, dry shrimp, cooking wine, ginger, garlic, onion
Dough:
Adding warm water to flour and make a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap about 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 small pieces
Fillings:
1. Cabbage washed and chopped, add pinch of salt and mix well, sit 10 minutes, squeeze excessive water in the cabbage; wash and drain the dry shrimp; finely chopped ginger, garlic, onions, and dry shrimp
2. Fry shrimp over low heat until brown
3. Mix cooked shrimp, ginger, onion, garlic, and cabbage; flavor the mixture with salt and sesame oil
Making:
Roll the small dough into a round shape, add the filling, seal the opening side and face down, press into a desire shape. Pan fry until golden brown.
