Mango Pie

Ingredients:
1.  Pie crust
2.  Fresh mango (Three)
3.  Heavy whipping cream (1 ? cup)
4.  Soft cream cheese (2 Table spoon)
5.  Grand Marnier (2 Tea spoon)
6.  Vanilla extract (1 Tea spoon)
7.  Sugar (1 Table spoon) 

Steps:
1.  Filling
Mix ingredients 3,4,5,6,7 in a mixing bowl. Beat until firm. About 5-7 minutes.
 
2.  Pie Crust
Preheat oven 400F, poke bottom and side of the pie crust, bake to a light golden brown, about 10 minutes.

3.  Decoration
Put the cream filling into cooled crust. Cut mango into thin slices, starting from center of the pie piece by piece to form the shape of the rose.
