Pumpkin Pancake

Ingredients:

350 g pumpkin, flour, 100 grams, 50 grams of glutinous rice flour, 2 eggs, about 150 ml of water, ginger, onion to taste;  

 

 

Makings:

1. Pumpkin peeled and cut into fine string, ginger and scallion chopped, flour, sweet rice powder, beaten eggs with water and mix all ingredients into a batter

 

 

 

2. Oil the pan, pour half of the batter into the pan, cover the pan, cook on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
