Christmas Egg Bites
Ingredients:
12 eggs 1/4 cup salmon roe 1/4 cup finely diced red pepper 1/4 cup finely diced chives 1 tbsp freshly cracked pepper 2 tbsp Sea salt 3 tbsp fresh dill leaves
Preparation: 1. Put the eggs in a pot, top with water, and put it on the stove on high. When the water starts rapidly boiling, cover the eggs and take them off the heat. After 15 minutes, they're hard boiled 2. Peel them and store them until you're ready to party 3. When you want to pull these out as appetizers, Set it up like a little buffet. Fill small cups, with various toppings. Including the ingredient list. Let your guests put on their choices to make unique eggs
Molten Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
5 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
Pinch salt
4 teaspoons flour
8 7-ounce ramekins
Preparations:
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water; remove from heat. Whisk together eggs, sugar and salt in a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Beat egg mixture into chocolate until smooth. Stir in flour until just combined. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a standard-size muffin tin with 8 7-ounce ramekin. Spray ramekin with vegetable cooking spray. Divide batter among ramekins. Bake until batter puffs but center is not set, about 8 minutes. Carefully lift cakes from tin and set on a work surface. Pull papers away from cakes and transfer cakes to dessert plates. |
