Fall Term 2019 Open Day
On January 11, we welcomed parents into the classrooms for an end-of-term Open Day. During the lesson, they could observe the students' in-class performance and be able to participate in the singing and dancing, while experiencing the joy of music.
Our teachers took care of designing the demo section. In comparison to a showcase on a stage, performing in a classroom is more flexible and intimate. The interactive singing game by the DIY Music Division, as well as performances from the choir and musical theatre classes, delighted the audience. Each group expressed the music within, to the best of their ability.
On January 18, during the last class of the term, the teachers presented various students with the Full Attendance Award and the Excellent Member Award. The time-honored awards recognize endurance, grit, and the courage to reach for a higher standard and to self-actualize.
