Introduction
Singing Hearts Children's Choir (SHCC) is a non-profit organization established in 2008 by those who support public welfare and care about children's growth and education.

Through professional guidance, SHCC provides a pleasant learning environment for children to receive singing, acting and dance lessons. SHCC helps strengthen children's self-confidence and team spirit while developing their talent and potential in musical productions. Members of SHCC promote friendship internationally by participating in international cultural exchange activities and use their angelic voices and performances to move the world.

Class of Bach: Early Childhood Class
Class of Hydn: Junior Class
Class of Schubert1: Grade 1 and Grade 2 of elementary school
Class of Schubert2: Grade 1 and Grade 2 of elementary school
Class of Musical 1: Grade 3 to Grade 5 of elementary school
Class of Musical 2: Above Grade 5 of elementary school

Application Procedure
There are three ways to apply for admission.
1. Log in Singing Hearts’ website (http://www.singinghearts.cn) and click the enrollment to download application form. Please fulfill the form and send to our mailbox (service_shcc@singinghearts.cn).
2. Log in Singing Hearts’ website (http://www.singinghearts.cn) and click the enrollment. Please click online application and complete the form for submit.
3. Fulfill the application form and fax to 021-54902166. Please make a footnote “Attn to Singing Hearts”.

Audition
Creative Music Department:
1. Early childhood and junior candidates will have a group audition. Candidates’ comprehensive musical ability will be evaluated through singing, pulse, rhythm game, and participation.
2. Grand 1 and above need to prepare a song (accompaniment is not required), sing a C major staff and imitate beat rhythm.

Musical Department
1. Prepare a song (accompaniment is not required, both Chinese and English songs are acceptable)
2. Prepare a dance or learn a piece of dance steps
3. Prepare an English story along with a performance, or select a topic on-site.

Payment
1. With regard to the new school year interview process (in accordance to information listed in the application form), we will notify the candidates about the date of the interview.
2. After tuition has been paid, qualified candidates will officially become members. As tuition is not refundable, please seriously consider your decision to enroll, and arrange for prompt payment.

Refund
1. The tuition will be paid each school year.
2. The member will become registered after payment and no refund will be given under general circumstances.
3. Under special circumstances, 80% membership fee can be refundable through written application before the school year begins.
4. Under special circumstances, 80% of the remaining membership fee after deduct class fee can be refundable through written in the first month of the school year.
5. No refund will be given starting the second month of the school year.
6. For members who get the scholarship or are part of a class transfer, tuition is not refundable.
7. There is no refund if the invoice and remittance slip has been lost.
8. Please handle procedure at the designated time within one month after receiving refund notice. An overdue refund will result in loss of payment.

Scholarship
We provide scholarships for members who achieved academic and music excellence and are from low-income families.
We provide scholarships for members who demonstrated outstanding musical talent and potential.
Terms and conditions for the application of scholarships will be provided separately.
