On the evening of May 27th, Singing Hearts Children's Choir, together with the Shanghai Female Journalists Choir, successfully held the "Singing Hearts 15th Anniversary, 2023 'Special Love' Concert" at the Shanghai Symphony Hall. The hall was packed with more than one thousand music enthusiasts who gathered to share their love for charity.

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Singing Hearts Children's Choir, the concert opened with a special and extraordinary performance of the song "Voice in My Heart" sung for the first time by nearly 150 children from Class of Schubert 2 to Class of Musical 2. This special choir song led the audience into the annual music extravaganza and set the stage for a joyful evening.

The entire concert presented various performances with all the children from Singing Hearts taking the stage: Class of Bach from the creative music department presented the lively and heartwarming parent-child chorus for the first time, holding their mothers' hands; The children from the creative music department sang well-known choruses from both Chinese and foreign repertoire, showcasing their cuteness and agility;

The older children from the musical department performed song and dance excerpts from classic musicals, full of childlike fun and vitality; The "Little Kids" joined forces with the Shanghai Female Journalists Choir to sing Shanghainese nursery rhymes, providing a refreshing experience for the audience.

The young performers not only shone brightly on stage but also showed excellent organization backstage during makeup and waiting. Over the years, Singing Hearts has been committed to cultivating children's good behavior and values through music, and the performance has become the best opportunity to witness the results.
In this performance, we were honored to once again invite the soprano singers, Wang Zuoxin and Wang Yida, who have been supporting us for many years. The medley of classic musical songs they passionately sang delighted both adults and children, fulfilling their musical theater cravings.

Tonight's concert allowed us to witness the growth of the children as they bloomed with touching melodies from their tender voices, inspiring everyone present with boundless passion and inspiration.
Today, we celebrated Singing Hearts' 15th birthday by premiering our choir song "Voice in My Heart" with the voices of more than one hundred children;
Today, through choral performances, GLEE-style song and dance, and musicals, we celebrated the upcoming International Children's Day on June 1st;
Today, together with the Shanghai Female Journalists Choir, we commemorated the day of Shanghai's liberation with nostalgic Shanghainese nursery rhymes;
 Today, we also celebrated the 37th anniversary of the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation with our charity ambassadors, Wang Zuoxin, Wang Yida, and the Shanghai Female Journalists Choir; Today marked the 11th year of our commitment to charity. The funds raised from the concert will continue to be donated to the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation Han Public Welfare Special Fund, gathering our modest efforts, spreading the spirit of philanthropy through the charm of music, and inspiring more people to join the cause of public welfare, spreading more love and positive energy.

Looking back on the past fifteen years, we have always adhered to our original intention, using music to illuminate the hearts of children and nurturing their talents and characters.

In the future, Singing Hearts will continue to move forward, bringing joy and inspiration to more families.
